Power yoga

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a heated 60 minute quick moving vinyasa yoga sequence designed to improve strength and cardiovascular endurance which provides a great physical workout.   It is challenging, fun and accessible to all levels from beginners to advanced.

Warrior Flow Yoga

Warrior Flow combines the slow flow, deep stretches and relaxation of traditional vinyasa yoga with the up-beat energy and strength of power yoga in a normal temperature room.  Class is set to all types of modern day music and classic beats.

Slow Flow for Stress Relief Yoga

Slow Flow for Stress Relief

Slow Flow for stress relief is a one hour slow paced class designed to engage the parasympathetic nervous system and ease stress.  It is done in a normal temperature room using gentle movements and deep breathing.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced passive stretching of the fascia, tendons and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin Yoga is for all levels, all body types and all ages. Most of the practice is done on the floor. Yin class starts slowly and progresses deeper into longer held postures. It has been called the “One Hour Adult Nap Time” class.

Chair Yoga

This one hour class is a gentle approach to yoga for all levels and body types. Chair yoga opens up the opportunity to experience yoga for those that are unable to do floor poses. The room is set at a normal temperature and the music is slow paced as is the class. These gentle stretches will leave you feeling invigorated and relaxed.

26/2 Original Hot Yoga

This class consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. The series is designed to safely warm and stretch the muscles, ligaments and tendons to maximize their use and strength. Each class is taught using clear, step-by-step instructions. This is for students at all fitness and physical abilities.
