Hot Yoga Studio
Welcome to White Mountain Hot Yoga Studio. We are here to support, encourage and promote physical and emotional wellness to the local community and the surrounding area. This is done in a wonderfully hot humidified room by encouraging students to be their best, challenge and accept themselves through an energetic, safe and physically active yoga sequence. We seek to serve students of all levels from beginner to expert. Our classes are open to all yoga skill levels. We offer a variety of other yoga classes in addition to Hot Yoga.
Our studio is located in the beautiful village of Chocorua in the town of Tamworth. In fact, you can see the majestic Mt. Chocorua from our parking lot. WMHY is honored to be a part of this community and we hope both locals and visitors find a home away from home in our yoga studio.
